Meet Stephanie Francis
CEO of Dope L-EARNing
My Why?
To give women the financial tools to thrive in every aspect of their lives.
My name is Stephanie Francis. I'm a life-long resident of Harlem, New York, and mother to three curious, thoughtful, and kind children. I'm a sought-after educator. I hold a bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York at Albany and three master’s degrees from Mercy College and Fordham University.

My passion is education. My mother instilled in me the importance of helping others from an early age, which I believe has helped shape the person I am today. I have taught for over two decades. Currently, I teach STEM, and Financial Literacy to young people. My work focuses on teaching tools necessary for a future of financial freedom, breaking the poverty cycle, and sowing the seeds of generational wealth.

I'm committed to ensuring women of all ages and at any stage in their life receive adequate financial literacy. I've experienced my own misfortunes and financial mistakes due to a lack of knowledge. After witnessing firsthand, the dire need for better financial literacy, I founded Dope L-EARNing to create a community and space dedicated to helping women achieve their financial dreams.

Dope L-EARNing
I've reached significant milestones in my career as a teacher, but as any educator will tell you, our desire to teach never diminishes. My passion and enthusiasm for education have paved the journey for my latest venture, Dope L-EARNing. Dope L-EARNing is a financial literacy source for women. Driven by the understanding that women must have access to wealth-building opportunities to achieve financial freedom, Dope L-EARNing serves as a tool, resource, and guideline to assist women of all different backgrounds with financial literacy to take control of their finances. Women are systematically excluded from financial education. Dope L-EARNing is changing the narrative for women.
Community means the world to me. Dope L-EARNing is a learning community that educates, empowers, and equips women to feel confident in making sound financial decisions and support other women in the Dope L-EARNing community.
I am excited that we are taking this journey together to become Women Informed Financially Educated.
